At the top of the lineup is the new Kia Stinger GT2. This
2021 Kia Stinger GT2 starts at $50,390 for a rear-wheel-drive model or $52,590
if you prefer an all-wheel-drive car. With this trim, you gain a power
liftgate, surround-view parking camera system, adaptive pivoting headlights,
and a head-up display, plus everything included with the Stinger GT1.

The 2021 Kia Stinger comes with two powertrain options. The
GT-Line includes a 255 horsepower 2.0-liter turbo-four, while the other three
models have a 365-horsepower 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 instead. Both of these
include an eight-speed automatic transmission and the option of either rear- or
all-wheel-drive. The four-cylinder model is estimated at 22/29 mpg with
rear-wheel-drive and 21/29 mpg when you drive an all-wheel-drive. Additionally,
you can expect 17/25 mpg with the V6 engine.

The 2021 Kia Stinger with the four-cylinder engine hits 60
mph in less than 6 secs, but the V6 can get it done in less than 5 secs. Plus,
the top speed of the 2021 Kia Stinger is 167 mph. Thrill-seekers will be
pleased behind the wheel of the new Kia Stinger.

The 2021 Kia Stinger has room to hold five adults
comfortably. The interior is black, and it includes many soft-touch materials.
There are 23.3 cubic feet of cargo room with the rear seats up, but this
expands to 40.9 cubic feet if you put the seats down. While there wasn't an
interior refresh in 2021, we do expect to see a new Kia Stinger interior design
over the next few years.

The interior of a 2021 Kia Stinger comes with a vast
selection of advanced tech features. All Kia Stinger models include a
seven-inch touch screen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, two USB ports, Bluetooth,
satellite radio, HD radio, smartphone charging pad, and a six-speaker sound
system. To treat yourself, you can add an eight-inch touch screen, a premium
15-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, and a navigation system. As far as
safety features are concerned, all Stinger models come complete with a rearview
camera, blind-spot monitoring, rear parking sensors, and rear cross-traffic
alert.

The 2021 Kia Stinger dimensions measure 190″ L x 74″ W x 55″
H with the option of either 18- or 19-inch wheels. You also have the option of
six exterior color choices, including Aurora Black, Micro Blue, Ceramic Silver,
Snow White Pearl, HiChroma Red, and Panthera Metal.
There are no 2021 Kia Stinger changes for the new model
year. The automaker chose to make the Stinger a carryover model from 2020.
However, back in 2020, the Stinger dropped two trim levels to what's now
available. We do expect to see some significant upgrades on future Stinger
models.
The NHTSA gave the 2021 Kia Stinger a perfect five-star safety
rating. While the IIHS hasn't evaluated the model yet, the 2020 Kia Stinger was
a Top Safety Pick, so we expect the same with this model. There's also plenty of
enthusiasts speaking highly of the new Stinger. Car and Driver say it
has a "bold design [and] great value," plus it says that the
"optional V-6 is well worth the upgrade." Edmunds goes on to point out
the "sporty and stylish appearance" while drawing attention to the
"refined interior with hatchback utility."
